COVID-19: Entry Requirements into Singapore for Visitors from the Philippines

Please see below updated guidelines on requirements for entering in Singapore:

 

1. All passengers are required to take a COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test, 72 hours before scheduled date of departure. A valid negative COVID-19 result must be presented at check-in.

 

2. Effective 2 August 2021, all passenger arriving in Singapore from the Philippines are required to take a COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test (ART) and a COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Test upon arrival at the Singapore Changi Airport.

 

3. Exempted passengers are:

    a. Children age 2 and below

    b. Seafarers joining ship in Singapore

 

4. Passengers with work permit and S-pass holders from the construction, marine and process sectors, foreign domestic workers and confinement nannies will take the ART upon arrival at Singapore Changi Airport:

    a. If ART is negative, their on-arrival PCR will be taken at the Stay-at-Home Dedicated Facilities.

    b. If ART is positive, a confirmatory PCR will be taken at the airport.

 

5. Passengers are strongly encouraged to register and pre-pay for their on-arrival COVID-19 ART (SGD67 including GST) and on-arrival COVID-19 PCR test (SGD160 including GST) prior to departing for Singapore at https://safetravel.changiairport.com

 

6. For the additional COVID-19 ART, the Singapore Government will waive the charge from 2 to 8 August 2021. Travellers will be required to pay for their COVID-19 ART from 0001 hours, 9 August 2021 (Singapore time).

 

Kindly note additional requirement above only applies to passengers entering Singapore. For transit passengers, only item 1 will apply.
