Please note, these services are subject to regulatory approval and are only available to citizens and permanent residents who are returning home, or those with prior approval for travel. Customers must check with the relevant authorities to ensure they are eligible to travel or transit as restrictions apply. Travelers are reminded that quarantine restrictions may apply on arrival at their destination and are encouraged to check relevant travel restrictions currently in place.

On board, safety remains our first priority and while the risk of contracting COVID-19 on an aircraft is regarded as low, all passengers travelling to and from Philippines are required to wear a mask at all times.

Passengers who have already pre-purchased meals or meal vouchers will be refunded for their purchase. Onboard services will be scaled back with only water being served during the flight.

Jetstar Asia Service Suspensions

As border restrictions remain firmly in place across the region it is necessary to extend the suspension of the majority of Jetstar Asia’s scheduled services* until at least 30 November 2020. In addition, the launch of the new Jetstar Asia direct service between Singapore and Colombo, Sri Lanka has been postponed until 4 January 2021 and further cancellations have been also made on selected routes between 15 November 2020 and 27 March 2021.

*Note: Jetstar Asia's services to key Southeast Asian ports, including Bangkok (services to recommence from 26 October), Clark, Ho Chi Minh City, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Penang and Phnom Penh, for those eligible to travel, will continue.
