[MANILA, PHILIPPINES TRAVEL ADVISORY] ANA Manila Flight Operation Information


Please be informed of the ANA Manila Flight Operation Information.

1.) Manila Flight Operations

Outbound:
ANA Manila-Narita (NH 820) flights will resume operations 3x a week starting July 4, 2020. Please see the flight schedules below:

Inbound:
In accordance with the Philippine Government's restriction on international arrivals, ANA Haneda-Manila (NH 869) and ANA Narita-Manila (NH 819) flight schedules will be as follows:

2.) Guidelines on Arriving Passengers in the Philippines
As enforced by the Inter-Agency Task Force on COVID-19, all passengers arriving in the Philippines are required to undergo COVID-19 RT-PCR test as well as quarantine procedures in approved facilities while awaiting the results of their tests.

Passengers are also encouraged to fill out the Case Investigation Form prior to their arrival at the airport in order to expedite airport procedures. You may download the form in advance from this link.

3.) Terminal Changes
Manila:
In compliance with the directive of Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA),
ANA will temporarily transfer operations from NAIA Terminal 3 to NAIA Terminal 1.

All ANA flight departures and arrivals to/from Manila will use NAIA Terminal 1 effective March 28, 2020 until further notice.

Haneda:
Due to partial suspensions of airport operations at Haneda Airport, all ANA international flights to / from Haneda will arrive and depart from Haneda Terminal 3 effective April 11, 2020 until further notice.

4.) Entry Restrictions and Quarantine Strengthening Upon Entry in Japan
As of April 3, 2020, non-Japanese nationals who have stayed in the Philippines within 14 days prior to their arrival in Japan are subject to denial of entry (unless there are special circumstances).

Effective March 28, 2020, The Philippines will be added to the list of countries subject to "Strengthened Quarantine" implemented by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. 

Persons who have visited any of areas subject to strengthened quarantine within 14 days before arrival in Japan are required to follow the instructions below.
  • Even without symptoms of illness, to stay at a place designated by the Chief of the Quarantine Station, (such as homes) for 14 days counting from the day after arrival, and TO NOT use public transportation for any purpose, including transport from airports, etc.
  • Be sure to arrange an accommodation and means of private transportation from the airport to the accommodation in Japan. (DO NOT use public transportation.)
  • Upon entry, a quarantine officer will register whereabouts for the 14-day period mentioned above and means of private transportation, at the quarantine station.
Those who enter Japan as a transit country are not subject to the measures, as long as they do not disembark.

How to protect yourself from the coronavirus or COVID-19?
With the continual spread of the coronavirus or COVID19, it is better to stay vigilant and follow these simple ways to prevent yourself from getting the disease.
  • Wash your hands with soap or use a hand sanitizer that contains alcohol with at least 70% solution.
  • Sneeze and cough into tissues or the crook of your elbow. If you get mucus or spit on your skin, clean it off right away. Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick, especially people exhibiting respiratory symptoms and fever.
  • Stay home when you're sick.
  • Regularly and thoroughly clean surfaces, such as countertops and doorknobs, with a disinfectant. 
  • If you are sick:  You should wear a facemask when you are around other people and practice distancing yourself.  
  • For healthy people wear a mask only if you are caring for someone who is sick or a person with suspected COVID-19 infection. Facemasks may be in short supply and they should be saved for the caregivers.
  • If you choose to wear a facemask make sure it is covering your mouth and nose and leave no gaps between your face and the mask.
