[CRUISE TRAVEL ADVISORY] Genting Dream Cancellation of June 3 to 28 Itinerary


In light of the global COVID-19 situation resulting in the ongoing cessation of port of calls for all cruise vessels in the region, please be informed Dream Cruises’ fleet remains in hiatus during this challenging period. As such, Dream Cruises will further postpone Genting Dream’s initial commencement of deployment in Singapore with the cancelation of itineraries from 3 – 28 June 2020

Kindly note the affected sailings departing from Singapore are as per below:- 
• 2-Night Bintan Cruise (3, 12, 17 & 24 June) 
• 2-Night Holiday at Sea Cruise (5, 19 & 26 June) 
• 3-Night Phuket Cruise (14, 21 & 28 June) 
• 5-Night Koh Samui / Bangkok Cruise (7 June) 

Genting Dream is tentatively scheduled to commence her deployment in Singapore from 1 July 2020 onwards, subject to further confirmation from the local authorities.

How to protect yourself from the coronavirus or COVID-19?
With the continual spread of the coronavirus or COVID19, it is better to stay vigilant and follow these simple ways to prevent yourself from getting the disease.

  • Wash your hands with soap or use a hand sanitizer that contains alcohol with at least 70% solution.
  • Sneeze and cough into tissues or the crook of your elbow. If you get mucus or spit on your skin, clean it off right away. Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick, especially people exhibiting respiratory symptoms and fever.

  • Regularly and thoroughly clean surfaces, such as countertops and doorknobs, with a disinfectant. 
  • If you are sick:  You should wear a facemask when you are around other people and practice distancing yourself.  
  • For healthy people wear a mask only if you are caring for someone who is sick or a person with suspected COVID-19 infection. Facemasks may be in short supply and they should be saved for the caregivers.
  • If you choose to wear a facemask make sure it is covering your mouth and nose and leave no gaps between your face and the mask.
