line with the recent cancellation of flights and to provide our customers
flexibility in time of COVID-19, this is to reiterate the existing policy
during irregular operations for the following services:

Prepaid Sports Equipment | Prepaid sports equipment may be used on the new flight or date until further notice. Airport Baggage | Voluntary rebooking for totally unused ticket is allowed so long as there is no change in flight duration and route. Customer must coordinate the new flight/date to PAL Travel Insurance Customer Service through the following contacts below:

Refundable for totally unused tickets. How
to protect yourself from the coronavirus or COVID-19?
With
the continual spread of the coronavirus or COVID19, it is better to stay
vigilant and follow these simple ways to prevent yourself from getting the
disease.
- Wash your hands with soap or use a hand sanitizer that contains alcohol with at least 70% solution.
- Sneeze and cough into tissues or the crook of your elbow. If you get mucus or spit on your skin, clean it off right away. Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands.
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick, especially people exhibiting respiratory symptoms and fever.
- Stay home when you're sick.
- Regularly and thoroughly clean surfaces, such as countertops and doorknobs, with a disinfectant.
- If you are sick: You should wear a facemask when you are around other people and practice distancing yourself.
- For healthy people wear a mask only if you are caring for someone who is sick or a person with suspected COVID-19 infection. Facemasks may be in short supply and they should be saved for the caregivers.
- If you choose to wear a facemask make sure it is covering your mouth and nose and leave no gaps between your face and the mask.
